On top of this I work part time in retail while in school but have more than enough in savings to cover rent for the year. I’m sociable extremely cleanly, and I don’t drink or smoke. I come as a two for one deal because I have a cat with me named Honey! She’s very friendly extroverted and well behaved. Her claws are always trimmed and she doesn’t scratch at walls. Her litter box would be in my room with an air purifier for the sake of other house guests. She gets along well with other cats and has lived with one before so this wouldn’t be a problem for me.
