My current home lease ends August 31st, I’d like to get a new home with a roommate as mine is moving out. I have 1 cat and a work from home job, I have a social life but maintain it outside of my home. I prefer quiet and clean spaces and mutual respect of each other’s spaces/belongings. I will furnish the whole home and can pay a larger portion of the rent for the master.
