My lease is up end of September and I have a small dog. I'm single and I work in Bothell. I've lived in a studio by myself for about five years and I'm thinking a roommate is an option to save. My must haves are parking, dishwasher, laundry in unit and I would really like AC because my apartment right now doesn't have that a rooftop or a balcony would be nice too so that my dog would have more space.
