Traveling health professional finally settling down for 3-7 yrs. Must live on safe area. I'm open to a shorter term rental agreement if the place is not ideal for me as need to move as soon as possible since I've been looking for months. First Choice is one or two bedroom house / Cottage/ guest house then duplex, multiplex or Studio. Since have not found, am now looking for enormous master bedroom with ensuite or two rooms with private bath-prefer furnished but can accept unfurnished. Called quiet friendly conscientious clean meticulous. Although focused and disciplined, I'm happy to share a meal together but I'm good if you don't wish to do that. Very focused in my days but always friendly when I see people just may not have time to have full conversation.
