Looking ahead of time

My small dog (with emotional support letter) and I are preumptively looking for our new home. Early and prepared is better than late and scared amirite? lol

Some basics:

We're two little guys on the East Coast until I can move us to New Orleans when school is finished.

A clean and organized home is a happy home to me so that's definitely a shared mentality I'm looking for in housemates please. :)

I'm a clear communicator and abhor passive aggression/mind reading so that's also a mentality I'm seeking in others to live with too.

I am dynamically disabled so sometimes I have a lot of mobility, sometimes I don't. I mask in crowded spaces for my own health and the health of others.

My school is through zoom and I work by offering sound healing (also through zoom) so I'm home a lot but keep things at a respectful noise level.

Big into the videogame FFXIV, reading, doing art, playing/listening to music, watching anime, generally being a neurodivergent creative nerd.

I'm used to communal living and am looking forward to finding others to live with that are seeking an environment for creative, respectful, full adults that clean up after themselves/give notice of guests/understand that roommates are necessary in this economy so kindness is key.

I'm 420 friendly (don't really smoke myself but don't mind if you do), am part of the LGBTQ+ community, and am pretty goofy/friendly but introverted so I retreat to my cave for recouperating so I'd prefer a home without a lot of people coming and going that aren't housemates.
