42yo professional relocating to SF near Mission

Hi there! I’m a T&S/fraud strategy professional relocating to SF for work. I’ll be occasionally away for a few nights every couple weeks, but otherwise around full-time. Looking for a room to rent long-term in or near the Mission, Potrero Hill, or anywhere close to BART/public transit.

What I’m looking for: A private room in a shared house or apartment, ideally furnished or semi-furnished. Budget around $2k/month. Open to month-to-month or a short trial period if that works better for a host.

Who I’d like to live with: A chill, easygoing non-smoker. Doesn’t need to be super social, just friendly and respectful of shared space. I’m low-key and keep a pretty predictable schedule.

What to expect from me: I’m tidy, quiet, an early riser, and easy to coexist with. I enjoy reading, comedy, movies (great headphones, so I won’t blast anything), a wide range of music, and good brunch spots. I like volunteering and trying new things, but I’m not loud or high-energy at home, think low-maintenance roommate who’s around and easygoing.
