Seeking a peaceful & respectful place to call home

Hi, I am a youthful genX woman seeking a pleasant, peaceful and mutually respectful place to call home for a time. I get along with most everyone, I tend to keep to myself but am easily engaged and engaging. I am not loud, am very clean & tidy person who takes pride in my living space and am considerate. I really enjoy the outdoors and would love if my next home has a yard, patio that I could also relax in and enjoy. I would also need to be able to cook my meals as well as have space to store my food, etc… You will find me to be warm, friendly, a great sense of humor, considerate, respectful of all people and allergic to drama 😉

I work from home and do side gig work as I am dealing with some physical challenges currently (I am uptight and moving but slowly) and need a place that is understanding of and okay with this.

Oh- and I am an animal lover both companion and wild fur and feathered friends 🥰

*Seeking a non-furnished room (preferably). Would like to stay north of the 10 freeway, closer along the Foothill communities.
