Looking for a room starting mid-August

Hi, I just graduated from MIT and am looking for a place starting in mid-August. I'm mostly interested in staying in Cambridge, but open to Boston neighborhoods with a reasonable commute to Kendall, where I work most of the time. Ideally I'm just looking for a place through the end of December, with the potential to extend after that.

I'm an architect and just graduated from the Building Technology Masters program at MIT, now working on my startup. In my free time I like to play squash or tennis, go for a city walk or hike, or go see a movie or concert. I am reasonably social and would like to get along with my roommates but will also be quite focused on work during this phase in my life. I am clean, responsible, respectful and generally expect the same from roommates, recognizing also that nobody is perfect all the time and trust is built over time.
