I need a bed and A/C for me and my dog in a safe and clean environment with a mature female who is quiet and picks up after herself. I enjoy communication, am very outgoing, clean and I reciprocate respect when it is given. I am not sure how long I will require this accommodation. My dog (Pekingese) is 10, neutered and friendly but prefers smaller dogs who are older.
