Apartment swap or someone’s part time roomie.

I am a professional actor that works between here and Vancouver, Canada. I have a beautiful apartment that I rent there and therefore cannot afford two full rents in each city. My ideal situation would be having a roommate that also travels out of town a lot for work so we each get our alone time now and then or someone who works remotely and would love to exchange places for a few months at a time. I’ve never been married but have a grown daughter that lives in London, England. I have friends of all ages and when I am not working on a show/film, I coach/teach other professional actors. I am in my early 50’s but still feel in my 30’s mentally and physically. I love life and new experiences. I love the bicoastal lifestyle and the freedom that comes with it. I am very clean and like to keep my places that way. I am ok with dogs but very allergic to cats unfortunately. Even though I do drama as a profession, I love to live a pragmatic, healthy and drama free life. I am very responsible, honest, and open minded. I would prefer a roommate who shares these qualities. We don’t have to love the same things but we need to have good communication and share a mutual respect. I do coach actors from my home sometimes, so I would schedule around your work schedule. I tend to go out with my friends and wouldn’t have them over unless you meet them and become friends with them as well. Everyone usually loves my friends because the people in my life are all very big hearted and giving people. If you are curious about anything please reach out. I am open to different ideas.
