Looking for someone to lease a house with

I am looking for someone who has the credit and income to get approved for a house with a minimum of 3 bedrooms. I am going through a divorce and it has hurt my credit, but I have everything needed to furnish a house. Ideally someone who doesn’t have much and needs furnishings. The trade off would be that one of us is able to get us into the house and the other gets the comfort of not needing to worry about furniture. I have nice furniture, nice and aesthetic home decor and I decorate for every single holiday. We can work out logistics such as budget and location once we connect. I have an 8 year old son who is with me 50% of the time and a small 10 year old dog that is quiet and basically sleeps all day. They are both extremely well behaved. I need the right person to be respectful, clean, and peaceful. My son and I have been through a lot and I cannot tolerate any chaos in our lives.
