Looking for a roommate - relocating for a job

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm relocating to the Clearwater area after accepting a full-time position with a company in the area. I'll be starting on July 13, so I'm looking for a clean, respectful place to call home while I get settled.

A little about me:
• 34-year-old Navy veteran
• Full-time professional
• Clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces
• Non-smoker and not into partying
• Easygoing, friendly, and financially responsible

I'll also be bringing my 5-year-old Golden Retriever, Hazel. She's fully house-trained, incredibly friendly, loves people, and gets along well with other animals. She's a big sweetheart and one of the most well-behaved dogs you'll meet.

I'm looking for:

A private room (or room with private bath if possible)
Month-to-month or flexible lease
Within a reasonable commute of Honeywell in Clearwater
Budget around $800–$1,100/month, though I'm open to discussing the right fit.
