Room wanted in Pompano Beach, FL

I am available to move from 10/04/2026 and have a budget of $150/week. I would like to share with females of any age. I honestly am doing this for my daughters best friend, she will be 18 in october, she has maintained the same job since she has been able to work, and she has a grandma who won’t give her a place to stay and a mother that has told her she has til the day she turns 18 and she can’t live there anymore, she is a goid girl who I have spent time with since she has been 11, I have spent the last year teaching her how to save and maintain money, in order to help prepare her for this day, it is important to me to help find her a roommate who is female and whose weekly rent doesnt exceed 200 a week that is the max she can afford, abd still maintain being able to have money in her pocket and cover other living expenses. I would love for her to find another woman as a roommate and to introduce myself as well, to ensure if someone is willing to have her as a roommate, that no matter what I will be there for her and cover anything she may need help with. This girl has excelled at school, is steady in her employment and a really good young woman, who was not delt a good support system thru her family, so we are her family, I am hoping someone kind and safe will be willing to rent a room to her and be comfortable knowing she isn’t alone and that paying her rent will not be an issue, this will be her first living experience on her own and I would like to find someone who is willing to give her a chance
