I am a professional female aged 30. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 11/16/2026 and have a budget of $1,000/month. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 45 years old. I travel for work, so I am not always home. And I have a small dog. Would love to find someone willing to occasionally help take care of my dog. Happy to pay extra or work out some sort of arrangement for that! I mostly work nights, but sometimes get stuck out of town unexpectedly.
