I’m starting a new full-time position near Copley / Back Bay and I’m looking for a short-term place to stay from around July 11 through the end of August.

Ideally looking for a studio or a private furnished room with a private bathroom within about 20 minutes walking or by transit of Copley / 116 Huntington Ave. My main priorities are:

Bed / furnished setup
Working AC
Desk or space for a desk
Reliable Wi-Fi
Private bathroom preferred
Quiet, clean, low-drama living situation

Budget is flexible depending on the place, but I’m hoping to stay around $2,000–$2,600/month for the right setup.
