Looking for a Room to Rent – Ready to Move In ASAP

Hi! My name is Chris, I’m 28 years old and currently looking for a room to rent in the Los Angeles area. I’m ready to move in as soon as possible and am open to living with either male or female roommates.

I work full-time, leaving early in the morning and usually getting home in the evenings, so I’m rarely home during the day. I’m respectful, clean, quiet, and keep to myself. I value a peaceful living environment, always pay my bills on time, and treat shared spaces with consideration.

I’m easy to get along with, reliable, hardworking, and drama-free. I respect people’s privacy, mind my own business, and am looking for a place where everyone can feel comfortable and at home.

I’m open to discussing the monthly rent and finding an arrangement that works for both of us.
