NYU student wants a room in Jersey City

I'm Jason, a 33-year-old from Taiwan. I'll be moving to New York this fall to start the MSDS program at NYU.

Before going back to school, I worked as a data scientist for the past seven years in both consulting and banking. Fortunately, I've saved enough to comfortably cover my tuition and living expenses, so finances won't be an issue.

I'm pretty easygoing and have a regular routine. I usually wake up around 6–7 a. m. and go to bed around 11 p. m. I like cooking my own meals and always do my part to keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

Outside of work and studying, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and jogging. I also attend the Taipei Club of English, where I get to meet people from different backgrounds and industries.

Overall, I'm a considerate and respectful roommate, and I'm looking forward to living in a friendly and comfortable place.
