Professional Looking for a Room or Sublease

Hi! I’m Chris. I recently relocated to San Diego for a full-time management position with Park Hyatt Aviara and am looking for a place that feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. I’m pretty laid-back, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I also have a 3-year-old deaf Dalmatian named Zeus, who is my service animal and my best friend. He’s house-trained, friendly, and usually asleep while I’m at work or hanging out with me when I’m home. Outside of work, I’m usually gaming, watching anime, reading, checking out new restaurants, or exploring parks and trails with Zeus. I also come with maid service 😂. Since I have Zeus, I like to make sure the spaces we occupy are cleaned regularly, and over the years I’ve learned it’s easier to just pay somebody to do it lol. I’m happy to include shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom when they come too. I’m very queer-friendly and a firm believer in “you do you” — as long as everyone is respectful of each other, I’m not here to judge how anybody lives their life. I’m hoping to find a relaxed, respectful household where everyone communicates well and respects each other’s space. I’m open to roommate situations, subleases, or lease takeovers.
