Hi everyone! I’m Esha, an incoming BU grad student (mid-20s, queer/aroace). I’m very neat, respectful, and communicative. I'd love a home where we are at least friendly and can exchange a few words, though I'm completely open to either coexisting peacefully or becoming friends. In my free time, I love reading, walking, and trying new coffee shops. I don't have pets, but I am animal friendly.
I’m looking to join a lease or team up for a September 1st move-in. Because I am recovering from a back injury, I have a few strict requirements for my physical health:
* Budget: $1,500/month absolute maximum.
* Commute: Max 25-minute walk to BU CCDS (Fenway, North Brookline, Lower Allston, or Cambridgeport).
* No Stairs: Strictly an elevator building OR a true 1st-floor unit. No garden levels or basements.
* Bathroom: Max 2 people sharing a full bathroom (such as a 2-bed/1-bath, 3-bed/2-bath, or 4-bed/2-bath).
* Amenities: Must have a dishwasher. In-building laundry is preferred, but I am open to using a delivery service if the rent is lower.
