Hi! I'm a professional working mom looking for a safe, comfortable place for myself and my calm, well-mannered 12-year-old daughter for a 3-month stay (trial period separation), in a women-only home with female roommates only. My daughter is on summer break and would be staying with me full-time; she's quiet, polite, and low-key, keeping to our room during the day. We're tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and keep to ourselves in the evenings.
What we're looking for:
A private room with its own private bathroom
Enough space for a queen mattress and a small computer/work table
Access to a shared kitchen
Utilities and fast WiFi included in the rent
Walking distance to a Metro station (I don't drive)
Northern Virginia preferred (Arlington, Falls Church, or Alexandria)
Budget up to around $1,100/month. Move-in needed within about three weeks, for a roughly 3-month stay might extend. Happy to do a video tour first and provide references. Looking forward to finding the right home for us!
