I am interested in renting a room.

Just so we don't waste each other's time, here's a bit about myself:

Me: I am an easy-going, respectful, and quiet professional who moved to the area for work.

Work: I work full-time as a Freight Logistics Analyst and have a steady income with an immaculate track record of paying rent ahead of time.

Background check: I have maintained a clean criminal background especially having passed extensive background checks for my job and look forward to going through another one if need be.

Credit: I have a good credit score and maintain it.

Pets: I don't have any pets.

Smoke or Drink: I don't drink or smoke, and I lead an active lifestyle.

Social: I am social when necessary, value privacy and space, and I have never had issues with past landlords or roommates.

Rent: I have always paid rent on time (mostly aheadoftime).

Tidiness: I have a record of being clean, considerate, and quiet.

Reason for moving: My current landlord is downsizing and moving away.

Room occupany and stay: The room will be occupied by just myself and I'm looking to stay as long the living conditions permit. My ideal move-in date would be within a week or two after viewing the place and reaching an agreement on terms.

Can you give me the dimensions or provide any virtual/video showings of the room available please ? When is a good time to view the room in person?
