Place that I had originally planned to move into this Wednesday, July 1st is no longer available.

Pivoting to move belongings to storage, but need temporary place to stay or house sit in in Toluca Lake/Burbank/NoHo/Studio City/Valley Village starting this Wednesday July 1st, could be gone by next week, at most a month to find more permanent place.

Just need a room $500 for two weeks? I am a single, female, artist with higher education professional background looking for temporary stay (house sitter for more time to find permanent place)

Ideally if available: permanent situation: Anyone need a house sitter in lieu of rent in Toluca Lake/Burbank/NoHo/Studio City/Valley Village?

Have a furnished (or can make unfurnished work) room to rent in same area as I am due to move out July 1st (as housemate’s mom passed and needs to downsize) for $900-$1000 or less with “house manager” situation / administrative duties to offset rent price.

I have great references 😊, work quietly from home in my room, travel at least once a month to visit parents.
