Artist from Art Omi seek short stay Aug 31-Sep 10

About me:

Hi there! My name is Nikki. I am a clean, quiet, and respectful artist and researcher of Argentine and Japanese descent. I value clear communication, minding shared spaces, and keeping a peaceful, creative environment. Fully LGBTQIA+ friendly.

My situation & dates:

From August 13th to August 31st, I will be participating in an artist residency at Art Omi. Right after, I am heading to NYC for an art/tech project with MAXmachina. I am looking for a private, furnished room for exactly 10 nights: checking in on August 31st and checking out on September 10th.

Preferred Locations:

Since I have an Open Salon presentation with MAXmachina in Lower Manhattan on September 9th, I need a spot with an easy commute to that area. I’m highly interested in:

Brooklyn: Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, or Clinton Hill.

Queens: Long Island City or Astoria.(Any neighborhood with a direct subway line like the J/M/Z, 2/3, 4/5, or N/W that gets to Lower Manhattan in 20-30 minutes is perfect!)

What I'm looking for:

A cozy, fully furnished room (bed, internet, etc.) in a relaxed, considerate apartment. I’m happy to pay a fair prorated rate for the 10 days. If you are a fellow creative or just have a room opening up for those dates, I would love to connect!
