Hi,

I’m looking for accommodation for my wife, who will be attending NYU starting in July. She is a female student, age 51, and is looking for a small or large private room either close to NYU or in an area with an easy commute.

Move-in date: July 3, 2026
Budget: Up to $1,500/month
Preferred arrangement: Shared apartment with female roommates of any age
Location: Close to NYU or accessible by subway/Bus within a reasonable commute

She is responsible, clean, quiet, respectful, and focused on her studies. We are currently based in Illinois, and I am helping her find a safe and convenient place before she moves to New York.
