Tidy, Easy-Going Professional After a Room

Hi, I'm Arsenii, 28, looking for a single room to rent in Vista from the start of July. I'm clean, quiet and respectful, and I'm after a calm, settled household rather than a party house.

I work two part-time jobs, one at Lovesac and one driving deliveries, so I'm out of the house a fair amount and my hours shift from week to week. That makes me pretty low maintenance and not someone who's home all day. I do have a car, so a place with parking is ideal.

I'd love to live with housemates who are tidy, considerate and drama free. I mostly keep to myself but I'm friendly and easy to get along with, and I always look after shared space. I don't smoke, I'm not a partier, and I'm completely fine living around cats. I actually enjoy having them around.

As a housemate you can expect someone who cleans up after himself, pays rent on time, keeps noise down and treats people and shared areas with respect.
