Looking for room share Condo/Townhouse Cupertino

I'm a 38-year-old professional working as a Senior Manager at a major tech company in Cupertino. I'm looking for a long-term private room rental, ideally within a few miles of Cupertino.
I'm primarily looking for a quiet, comfortable home shared with one other person or a family, rather than a house with several unrelated roommates. A condo, townhouse, or well-maintained single-family home would all be great options.

• No drugs

• Looking for a stable, long-term living arrangement

My main requirements are:
• On-site washer and dryer
• Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi
• Safe, quiet neighborhood
• Kitchen access
• Reliable parking
• Reasonable access to shared common areas
• Preferably sharing with only one other adult or a family
• Unfurnished as I have a bed and mattress and furniture.
• Reasonable guest policy
• Private bathroom would be a plus, but isn't required
I'm hoping to find a homeowner, condo owner, or tenant with a spare bedroom who would prefer having one dependable, professional roommate rather than filling a home with multiple housemates.
My preference is Cupertino, west Santa Clara near Cupertino, or nearby parts of Sunnyvale, with an easy commute to work.
I'm looking for somewhere I can comfortably stay for the next few years while continuing to save toward purchasing a home of my own. I value a peaceful home environment, cleanliness, privacy, and being considerate of the people I live with.
