Hi, I'm a new grad working in tech. I'd like to live in a place where the commute to Manhattan isn't bad. I am open to taking transit, so being close to a metro or bus is a big plus for me.
Laundry and WiFi are must-haves; having a private bathroom would be really nice but isn't a need, although I don't want too many people sharing one bathroom (i. e., 5 beds, 1 bath).
I am a clean person and don't plan on hosting large gatherings often, if even at all.
