Quiet clean professional

Hello! I’m a cybersecurity professional who will hopefully have a job offer in August and looking to move to Poway from Seattle in September. I work remotely on east coast hours so I do start my day early but as mentioned I’m rather quiet. I will have my kids, 4th grade and 7th grade, every other weekend (Friday afternoons to Monday mornings) and potentially for a couple hours after school during the week. They are also quiet and respectful kids. We are willing to work with roommates on what house rules make most sense. I do daily long walks, fiber arts as a hobby (crochet, embroidery, sewing), and love visiting zoos and aquariums. Since I work from home, I have a minimal desk setup with a walking pad that I’d prefer to set up in the living area but if there’s room in my bedroom I can set up there. I also have a PS5 that roommates would be welcome to play.
