I am looking to change my situation.

I am currently looking to change my living situation.

I moved up from Las Vegas a few years ago. I was living with a friend for about 6 months. Their family was growing. I ended up moving in with my family.

This is far from ideal and it was supposed to be temporary. I am paying as or more than the market I am looking in and I sleep in a living room.

I have no privacy. Constantly woken up etc. Not to mention, my real work wheelhouse is IT or technical so working out of a stable location with a room would be great.

So Full disclosure at this time I am not working. I was working at a Wendy's and they were not giving me hours. I jumped to working at a Thrift store. That job did not work out (not a proper fit). I am actively seeking work.

Actively working I am set to get $800 a month ($204 a week) in unemployment. I can provide in which my English Girlfriend is also putting about $600 a month into my bank. I have good credit and I will pass a federal background check. I have no debt but I do have a few other bills.

I am smoke and drug free. I love cats. I have no problem with those who are 420 friendly. I pay my bills, I make my rent every month. I could also print up my credit score which is very good.

I do not want to make this too personal, I understand this is a business transaction. I just have struggled to find my footing up here and this situation is absolutely not helping.
