Easygoing, tidy 30yo writer seeking a room in Chi!

Hi! I'm Zaida! I recently moved to Chicago and I'm looking for a room or apartment, with a budget up to $1,500/month (more or less, and utilities on top of that are fine). I'm open to living solo or with roommates, and I'm flexible overall, though I'm happy to share what I'd ideally love!
Ideally (but not at all dealbreakers): I'd love a lively, walkable area near transit, somewhere like River North, Wicker Park, or Logan Square. A private bathroom and in-unit laundry would be wonderful if available. That said, I'm genuinely open and would love to hear about anything that might work, these are just preferences, not requirements.
What it's like living with me: I'm 30, quiet, clean, friendly, a non-smoker, and a novel writer who keeps to herself. I'm easygoing and respectful of shared space, whether you'd like your privacy or a chat on the weekend. I'm a people person at heart, but I care a lot about respecting my roommates and their boundaries.
I'm looking for something stable and long-term, references available, and I'm flexible on move-in. Would love to connect and meet in person! :)
