I’m a quiet, responsible professional looking for a room in a house with other respectful roommates, ideally in or near Ballantyne, South Charlotte, Indian Land, or Fort Mill.

I run my own sound-production and consulting business, so I am often focused on work, but I genuinely enjoy being around people and would appreciate a home that feels friendly rather than isolated. I’m clean, considerate with shared spaces, financially stable, and respectful of privacy, schedules, and sleep.

A good fit would be a peaceful, well-kept home with mature, kind roommates who communicate well and value a comfortable shared environment. I do not need a party house, but I would enjoy occasional conversation, shared meals, or simply living with people who are pleasant and easy to be around.
