Professional Looking for Quiet Place

I am a downtown Portland professional currently commuting but looking to live closer to work. Hoping to buy a home within the next two years so looking for a minimum of a year. I do not judge, but I don't personally partake in any drug use and drink very sparingly, if ever. I am hoping for a larger space as I do have a fully furnished apartment. I will be downsizing significantly but I do hope to be able to find a space large enough to make it into a bedroom/living area. I work Monday-Friday, normal office hours. Many weekends I will be traveling to see my family/significant other down in Eugene, so it is very likely that you will only see me in evenings and on some weekends. I am very clean and like to keep to myself, but that doesn't mean I am opposed to housemate interaction.
