I’m a 23 year old guy who just moved to nyc working in finance. Available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of ~$2000/month. I work in-person 4-5 days per week in FiDi 7:30am-5:00pm. I’m pretty laid back, like to keep clean/organized, and try to stick to a reasonable schedule during the week (but always down for a happy hour lol). I definitely tend to go out with friends until pretty late on most weekends, but always keep very respectful and do not at all consider myself a loud or obnoxious person. Would like to occasionally have a friend or two over, but nothing excessive and would never invade any personal space. Love soccer, hiking, nba, and spending time relaxing at home.
