Room and/or roommates wanted in Philadelphia

Hi, I am Ryan (he/him), a student fresh out of undergrad aged 23. I am starting grad school at the Academy of Vocal Arts in September and am looking for a room or apartment to rent alone or with roomates. I am fully down to rent a room in a house/larger apartment and live with roommates if you anyone is in need of roomates to fill a spot in your living situation. Im hoping to find a place within 30 or so minutes walking distance of the Rittenhouse/Logan square area, and I would like to move in by September 1st, but can move earlier if August if needed. I have a max budget of around $1,100/month (including utilities) given the monthly stipend from school that I get. I have lived with many different people my whole life and all through college, and thus I am amicable to rooming with I anyone iregardless of age/gender identity.
