My name is Nick and I'm a 27 year old Canadian based in Montreal. I'm a professional. dancer coming to NYC this summer to train with the Verdon Fosse Legacy. That said, I'm looking for a room to rent July 1st to August 31st.

My last sublet fell through, so I'm scrambling to find a room before the 1st. I'm currently in Montreal, so I'm open to phone or video calls. I won't be able to view the apartment before I arrive on the 1st.

More about me: I'm a vegetarian, and I love animals. I'm also a theatre nerd, I love gaming, reading and cooking.

In my spare time, I like to be out with my friends or chill to some good music. I'm quiet, respectful and super easy going.

I'm coming to NYC on scholarship, so I have the funds for rent, I'd be able to pay upfront or monthly, whatever's most convenient.
