Law Student Needs a quiet room!

Hi everyone! My name is Devarius Fitzpatrick, a 34-year-young incoming-law student at Trinity Law School (2200 N Grand Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705), and I am searching for a room to rent monthly, long term and very serious. I’m a property manager by profession, so I take great care of where I live and I’m responsible, respectful, and easy to communicate with. My budget is tight because of school is between $600-$850/a month. I have no pets, it’s just me and THE LAW, literally lol.

I’m looking to move in late August/early September for a month-to-month lease (September 7th). One ask: I’ll need a break over summer due to my school schedule — happy to discuss a guaranteed return contract or whatever arrangement works for you. I have steady income through school to cover rent, and I’m glad to meet in person to see the room.
Need a quiet place to study.
