Hi, I'm CJ. My current roommate is moving out on short notice, so I'm looking for a new place to call home.

I'm a working professional who has worked in safety and operations for the past 13 years. I'm responsible, organized, and respectful of shared living spaces. I genuinely enjoy keeping things clean and tidy, and I take pride in being someone who contributes to a comfortable home environment. I pay my bills on time, communicate openly, and value a drama-free living situation.

I'm friendly and easygoing while also respecting personal space. When I'm home, I'm usually pretty low-key and enjoy a quiet environment.

A little about me: I've been sober for over three years, am active in my church community, and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I enjoy photography, anything related to the ocean or water, staying active outdoors, detailing cars, and working on projects around the house. I'm also fairly handy and don't mind helping out when needed.

I have reliable transportation and a stable routine. Ideally, I'm looking for a comfortable living situation with respectful and considerate people. If possible, I prefer to split rent into two payments each month, with the full amount always paid before the 1st. This has worked well for me in the past and helps with budgeting.
