Budget: Up to $1,100 per month per person, with a combined household budget of approximately $5,000 per month

I am a young male professional in my early twenties looking for up to five other male housemates, preferably federal employees, to rent a townhouse together in the Southwest Washington, D. C. area.

Ideal housemates would be comfortable sharing common spaces, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. Everyone would be expected to contribute fairly toward rent and utilities and help keep the home clean, peaceful, and well maintained.
