Seeking roommate to join a Brooklyn apt search!

My name is Eric, and I’m a 33-y. o. engineer working in building energy efficiency. I moved to New York for climate activism and comedy outside of the day job, so I’m out and about most evenings with all that. I also recently took a year off work to cook full time in Chicago, and I still love to occasionally cook for friends (and roommates!).

As a roommate I’m considerate and communicative. I always keep common areas clean and organized, especially the kitchen. I live a pretty independent life, but open to making friends at home if it happens naturally.

Looking at Brooklyn neighborhoods with good train access (Bushwick, East Williamsburg, Crown Heights, etc.) and hoping to find a space with a decent kitchen. I can go up to ~$2,000/person but hoping for closer to $1,500. Looking for an Aug. 1 move with some flexibility. If it sounds like a good match, shoot me a message and let’s find a time to chat!
