Seeking Housing for Responsible Married Couple & 🐱

Hello!

My name is Sierra, and my husband Jeff and I are looking for a pet-friendly place to call home in Corvallis.

Jeff recently started a new position in Eugene, and we have employment verification (VOE), references, and any other documentation needed. We also have move-in funds available and are prepared to move forward promptly for the right fit.

Our ideal location would be within walking, rolling, biking, or scooter distance of Fred Meyer, downtown Corvallis, and/or OSU, but we're open to anywhere in Corvallis for the right home.

Our ideal budget is under $900/month, particularly if utilities are included. We're actively exploring a wide range of housing options, from shared housing and micro-living arrangements to apartments, cottages, ADUs, and private rentals. We like to be upfront about our budget so nobody wastes their time.

Moco is a smart, friendly, social cat who has traveled with us through hotels, road trips, and major life adventures. She's leash-trained, enjoys meeting people, and is currently learning to use communication buttons. We're currently helping her become comfortable around friendly, mellow dogs.

We value stability, kindness, communication, and solving problems collaboratively. We're at a stage in life where protecting our peace is important, and we're looking for a home environment that reflects those values.

Corvallis has long been close to my heart, and we're excited about the opportunity to build a life here.
