Urgently Looking for a Room Move in on July 1St

I’m an artist and an educator. I work Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, so I'm usually pretty busy during the week. When I'm home, I enjoy cooking, reading, relaxing. I love the arts, traveling, exploring the city, and spending time outdoors. I'm social and outgoing, but I'm definitely not someone who brings the party home, and I’m looking for the same. I rarely have people over—occasionally one or two friends for dinner—and I might have a friend or family member visit once or twice a year, but we're usually out exploring the city most of the time. I'm looking for roommates who are:

- Clean

- Respectful

- Good communicators

- Generally quiet at sleeping hours

I've unfortunately lived with roommates who didn't clean up after themselves, which led to a mice infestation, and I'd really love to avoid repeating that experience. I'm also a very light sleeper, so a peaceful home at night is important to me. And if you have cats, that's a huge plus—I absolutely adore them. 🐱❤️
