Room wanted in NJ (New Jersey)

I am a professional female, aged 60. I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move from 08/01/2026 and have a budget of around $1,150 - $1200 a month.

I would prefer to share with females, ideally between 25 and 65 years old. I'm a full-time college professor and just am looking for a single room. I work in Paterson, NJ, but own my own house in northern upstate NY. When my house sells, I will be looking for an apartment, but until then, just need a single room. Hotel rooms cost me $75 to $100 a night in Wayne, NJ, so a room ideally should be less than $1280 a month (including utilities).

I'm quiet: don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, no pets, will not have guests -- and am very respectful. I'm very accustomed to sharing a house.

I'm studying for a NY State teaching certification exam, am very quiet, and will need wifi.

I am a vegetarian, need a little refrigerator space, need a place to park my car. I drive to work 5 days a week, but will also be going to my house in upstate NY on some weekends (not every weekend) to take care of my house.
