Hi, I’m Enrico, 28, Italian. I’m looking for a private furnished room starting around July 1st or July 15th, ideally for a few months or longer if it’s a good fit.

I’m mainly looking in Manhattan, especially Midtown, Herald Square, Penn Station, Columbus Circle, Hell’s Kitchen, Upper East Side, or very convenient Jersey City/Newport close to the PATH.

A little about me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t do drugs, don’t have pets, and don’t throw parties at home. I’m usually focused on work, gym, health and keeping a calm routine.

I’m very respectful with noise, cleanliness, shared spaces and kitchen use. I’ve lived with roommates in different cities and countries over the years and never had any issues.

I’m looking for a clean and peaceful apartment with respectful roommates. A furnished room, utilities included, subway within 5 minutes, and no/low upfront costs would be ideal. I’d strongly prefer washer/dryer in the apartment, or at least laundry on the same floor of the building. I’m also looking for a reasonable guest policy for occasional respectful visits.
