Close to City of Hope and many medical facilities and close by the freeway.
I am looking for a female tenant who is responsible, considerate, and appreciates a clean and peaceful living environment. This is not a party house, and it is best suited for someone who works or studies outside the home, enjoys privacy, and values a calm place to relax after a busy day.
