Hello! I just graduated high school, i currently work at a taekwondo dojang in pv and am hoping to move in somewhere nearby to keep working/ have some independence due to a strained relationship with my parents 😅 I don't mind any age or gender, im very open to doing house chores/contributing to groceries and such to earn my stay since i don't earn a lot/cant pay a lot, but i get paid consistently so on set dates for rent i will always have the money, plus i have savings. I'm not picky with any roommate, i dont mind what age or gender, but a female would be nice. I hope to have a room to myself, but other than that im not picky at all. I hope whoever i stay with we can get along well :)
