Budget: $1,500/month or less total (flexible)
Parking spot included or available
Clean, safe, and respectful living environment
Open to a private room in a shared apartment/house or a studio

Non-smoker
Financially stable
Usually keep to myself during the week, but friendly and always down to grab food, go out, or hang with roommates when schedules allow
