Hi! My name is Mara, and I’m 21 (turning 22 soon) and recently graduated from the University of Arkansas. I’m moving to New York to begin a research position at Rockefeller University and am looking for a room or roommates with a budget of up to $1,300/month including utilities.
I’m outgoing and would love to live with people who are interested in becoming friends and creating a comfortable, welcoming home rather than simply sharing a space. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I value open communication and being considerate of others.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, exploring new coffee shops, trying new restaurants, and discovering different parts of the city. I’m always happy to grab coffee, check out a new neighborhood, or spend time outdoors when I have free time.
I’m open to Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Jersey City, Hoboken, and nearby areas, and I don’t mind commuting for the right place and good roommates.
