I am available to move as soon as possible and have a budget of $1500/month. Hi! My name is Jake, I'm 23 years old and I recently accepted a job in the area. I'll be working regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, so I'm looking for a place closer to work to avoid commuting from Orange County every week. Ideally, I'm looking for a month-to-month arrangement. Ill probably stay through the end of September or October, but Im not completely sure on my timeline yet. I'm extremely clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I've lived in shared housing since I was 19, so I'm very used to being considerate of roommates and keeping common areas tidy.
