Educator & Entrepreneur Seeking Peaceful Home

Hi! I'm Victor, a 48-year-old educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Coding with Culture, an Atlanta-based organization focused on computer science, STEM education, and youth development. Originally from Chicago, I'm a proud Clark Atlanta University graduate and have called Atlanta home for many years.

I'm friendly, laid-back, independent, and easy to get along with. I enjoy music, sports, good conversation, exploring Atlanta, and spending time with friends. My work keeps me busy, and while I enjoy being social, I also appreciate peace, quiet, and personal space when I'm home.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, LGBTQ-friendly home with mature, respectful roommates who value open communication, privacy, and shared responsibility. I'm not looking for a party house or unnecessary drama, just a welcoming environment where everyone respects each other.

Ideally, I'd like to stay in Atlanta or close to the city, particularly on the east side. My preferred budget is $800–$1,000 per month, including utilities. I'm open to a furnished room and flexible lease arrangements.
