Fun Loving Philocalist Seeking New Foundation

I'm a young at heart woman who loves to laugh, find the joy in the little things and wants a clean home that I can take pride in and feel comfortable coming home to. Peace is my priority. I love plants, can't live without lots of sunshine, need a lot of down/alone time, but also really enjoy social time. I have a close knit group of friends that live all over California, so I am out of town a lot. I grew up in Santa Cruz and consider myself a hippie at heart, but have a good balance from traveling and living in SF, Oakland and Alameda for the past 20 + years. I love music, good lighting and a little sage & palo santo to create a nice vibe. I'm an empath, so positive people are my people. Grumpy effects me, so I try not to surround myself with that energy. Hence, looking for a new place for a new start after my marriage, but not in a rush to relocate until I find the right place.
I work from home 3 days a week, and travel for work a bit as well. I don't drink, but love a good mocktail or non alcoholic beer. 420 friendly, but despise cigarettes.
I currently have an old pup and absolutely love animals. I definitely need a place where (we) can have pets (I also have a legit service animal certification).

I would love to find a private entry and bath in a shared home, or a shared space where we can each have our own sanctuaries. A yard, or some sort of outdoor space is a must, as is sunshine/natural light. It is really important to me to live somewhere clean, and I love to organize and happy to help with organization. I'd prefer a place near Vallejo where I work, but open to many areas within a 30-45 minute commute. I prefer somewhere that has water nearby and lots of closet space is a major plus. I've lived in all types of neighborhoods and areas, so I am open. It would be great if we found a place where one could ride bikes, or walk to local shops, but somewhere further out with lots of space is appealing too. Outdoor fireplaces and stars are things of dreams. Pools are paradise. Plants and trees excite me. As do city views and urban walks. As long as the energy, and the price is right, I am open.
